RESTAURANT  MANAGER
Directly responsible for all Company assets, employees, and business results at the manufacturing plant and the local distribution center. Lead the development and execution of the plant's Action Plan with the plant and distribution center leadership teams.
Day-to-Day Role:
Lead the organization to develop/reapply and implement systems, equipment and work processes that deliver desired safety, product quality, customer service and cost outcomes.
Represent the plant to Production Planning. Has primary responsibility for plant capacity utilization, setting and delivering production commitments.
Ensure the plant is efficiently staffed and capable to safely operate.
Ensure Company sponsored professional growth and development opportunities for plant personnel (including job specific training and career planning) occur. Ensure effective annual performance reviews are completed for all plant personnel on a timely basis.
Coach and develop management level personnel. Personally conduct effective annual and on-going performance and career discussions with direct reporting staff. Provide on-going performance feedback and coaching to the total organization.

Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift. At times it might be necessary to lift up to 50 lbs.
S/he must be able to safely operate kitchen equipment and have the ability to use knives appropriately.
Must have a current Management Food Handlers certificate & Alcohol serving certificate
